About Us

A Catered Affair is the catering specialist for many of the large and fast growing companies in California. We also cater weddings. We will cater any location, and are on many preferred caterers list at the most exclusive places. In addition, we have two sites of our own including Hoagies Deli Cafe in Santa Clara and Club Almaden. For more information about Club Almaden, please click on the Club Almaden button below. Hoagies Deli Cafe is located 3 miles from the San Jose International Airport and can hold up to 225 people for your next banquet or reception.

We are a member of the National Association of Catering Executives, the San Jose Chamber of Commerce and the San Jose Convention and Visitors Bureau. We are happy to provide recommendations on request. Of course we are fully licensed and insured.

What we do? A better question might be what don't we do. We have experience in almost every imaginable kind of event. From weddings to company picnics, from theme parties to gourmet barbecues, from elegant sit-down dinners to a 10,000 person corporate event, we have done it all. We will provide a custom designed menu, we will book and coordinate any and all rental, linens, decorations, deliveries, entertainment, flowers, valets, transportation, and games.

A Catered Affair works only with the best vendors in any of these areas and we have a great working relationship with them. We are happy to meet personally with potential clients to discuss their vision of the perfect event and how we can help make it happen.
